Who we are

This website is operated by Wavechrome LLC, Dallas, TX, United States ("Wavechrome", "we"). For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect

The only personal data we collect through this website is what you submit through our contact and quote request forms: your name, email address, and optionally your institution/company, phone number, and the content of your message. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.

How form submissions are processed

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which delivers your message to us by email. Your submission is therefore transferred to and processed in the United States. Formspree acts as a processor on our behalf; see the Formspree privacy policy for details. We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about our products. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Third-party content

To display this website, your browser loads resources from third-party content delivery networks: Bootstrap and Font Awesome from cdnjs (Cloudflare), the AOS animation library from unpkg (Cloudflare), and the Montserrat font from Google Fonts. When these resources load, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. No other data is shared with these providers by us.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Changes

We will update this policy when our data practices change and revise the date above.
